FREE Skin Cancer Screening
May 21st from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

The screening will be held on the 2nd floor of Decatur County Memorial Hospital. Dr. Andrew Dubois with Southeastern Indiana Dermatology will be providing the screenings.

If you...

- spend a lot of time in the sun or outdoors
- have been sunburned
- have light-colored skin, blonde or red hair
- have a spot/mole that you are concerned about
- are over 50 years old
- frequently use a tanning bed

FREE Lipid Screening Clinic
July 17 from 7:00 - 9:00 a.m.

Call to register for a screening appointment - no physician’s referral is needed.

•   Screenings will take place at DCMH in Conference Room D
•   You do not need to stop at the registration area prior to your appointment
     unless your physician has ordered additional testing.
•   If additional testing is ordered by your physician, a separate signed order is
     required and you will need to register at the admitting area before your blood
     draw.  The additional testing will be billed as usual.
•   Patients must be at least 18 years old
•   Patients are limited to one screening every 6 months.
•   All test results will be sent to the referring provider for review and any
     necessary action.
