Sports Med Program: "Medicine in Motion"

DCMH Sports Med Program is pleased to announce:

We are offering Sports Physicals again this year for $20 per physical!

The money raised from the physicals will go to support the cost of the ImPACT Concussion Management Program and the Athletic Trainers for the High Schools. The date will be May 16th, and they will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in Classroom D.
