The Immunization Clinic has moved to Decatur County Memorial Hospital's Medical Arts Plaza. Use the entrance on the side of the building by Hatton's. The Immunization Clinic is open on Tuesdays from 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
The Immunization Clinic is available to all those in Decatur County and the surrounding counties that are in need of immunizations. There are no fees for this service as well as no appointment or medical exam necessary. We do require that records of past immunizations be brought in with the patient.
