Main Campus
The main campus of Decatur County Memorial Hospital is located at 720 N. Lincoln St., Greensburg, IN. The original facility was built in 1922 with multiple improvements and expansions over the years.
Decatur County EMS
Decatur County EMS is located in the NE Corner of our campus and houses the county ambulance service which conducts over 3,500 runs annually.
Decatur County Family Medicine
DCMH’s Decatur County Family Medicine is located inside the Rehabilitation & Medical Offices building at 902 N. Lincoln St., floor two. Family Medicine providers see patients of all ages at this facility along with several specialist providers. Decatur County Pediatric Care
DCMH’s Decatur County Pediatric Care is located at the rear of the main hospital campus at 718 N. Lincoln St., Suite B. Decatur County Primary Care
DCMH’s Decatur County Primary Care is located at the rear of the main hospital campus at 718 N. Lincoln St. Primary Care providers see patients of all ages at this facility. General Surgery
Quality surgical and outpatient procedures are commonplace at DCMH and the unit consistently receives high patient satisfaction comments. It is located at 731 N. HealthConnect
DCMH HealthConnect on the Decatur County Family YMCA campus at 1 YMCA Way. This collaborative space between DCMH and the YMCA offers Phase III Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Massage Therapy, and special educational programming. Health Information Management (HIM) & Medical Records
HIM/Medical Records maintains a comprehensive, centralized medical record system for healthcare services provided by DCMH at 801 N. Lincoln St., Door 2. For more information, call 812-663-1131.
Immediate Care
Need immediate care for minor injuries or illness? Decatur County Memorial Hospital in Greensburg, Indiana offers immediate care services in our Immediate Care Clinic at 955 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 4. Walk-ins welcome! For more information, call 812-662-6450.

The facility is located on the north corner of our campus at 902 N. Lincoln St. and houses a state-of-the-art rehabilitation services facility, orthopedics, sports medicine, family medicine providers, specialists, and more. Tree City Medical Partners
DCMH’s Tree City Medical Partners is located in the Medical Arts Plaza at 955 N. Michigan Ave. Tree City Medical Partners providers see patients of all ages at this facility. Walking Trail
DCMH’s Walking Trail is located at the rear of the main hospital campus, with parking available at 718 N. Lincoln St. or at 902 N. Lincoln St.. The half mile long trail is generally considered an easy route and a great way to get outside and be active. The trail is open year-round and beautiful to visit anytime. Westport Clinic
DCMH offers services to the Westport Community and its surrounding areas through the Westport Clinic at 308 E. Mulberry St., Westport, IN.
