On November 10, 2023, in collaboration with American Legion Post 129, DCMH hosted a Thanking Veterans Lunch. During the meal, DCMH team members served the food and connected with veterans in attendance.
Additionally, students from South Decatur Elementary School designed and wrote thank you cards, which were given to each veteran.
DCMH would like to extend our gratitude for our Veterans this Veteran’s Day and we thank them for their bravery and service.
DCMH would also like to extend a thank you to Fuzztop’s Backyard Smoke Shack for preparing delicious pulled pork and desserts!
