DESCRIPTION:Decatur County Memorial Hospital offers Prenatal Education and Breastfeeding classes which are taught by a trained instructor. Expectant mothers and her coach will feel prepared and confident about their upcoming delivery and adjusting to life with a newborn. \nSpecial emphasis is on relaxation and breathing techniques during labor.
