Decatur County Memorial Hospital invites our community to join us for our annual 2024 Healthy Fair on Thursday, June 13 from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Greensburg Elementary School!

Healthy Fair is our largest health event where attendees can receive FREE health screenings*, visit with DCMH departments, talk to community partners and vendors, chat with DCMH providers during their health presentations, enter to win excellent door prizes, donate blood, and more. For the first time you can also tour the Cancer Prevention Expo Hall!

Speakers:

• • 8:30 a.m. – Diabetes Education from Matt Weber, PharmD
  • 9:00 a.m. – Reducing Joint Pain from Douglas J. Federle, MD
  • 9:30 a.m. – Health & Wellness and Preventative Care from Emily Verseman, FNP
  • 10:00 a.m. – Where to Go for Care & Access to Care Options from Monica Livers, FNP-C

FREE Health Screenings from DCMH include:

• • Thyroid
  • A1C
  • CBC (Complete Blood Count)
  • Lipid Profile: Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides

No appointments necessary for the FREE screenings. Screenings available the entire event and offered on a first come, first serve basis. Registration required for screenings* and results will be mailed after Healthy Fair. A lunch voucher will be given to those who complete the screenings. Be sure to check out the community partner and vendor area along with the Cancer Prevention Expo Hall before or after your screenings!

*Fasting prior to lab draw ensures the most accurate results
*Must be 18 years of age to participate in the FREE screenings
