DESCRIPTION:Decatur County Memorial Hospital invites our community to an Open House to celebrate the newly opened Rehabilitation & Medical Offices building! \nPlease join us on Saturday\, September 28th from 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. for refreshments and receive a guided tour of our facility during the Open House! \nThe new Rehabilitation & Medical Offices building is located at 902 N. Lincoln Street\, Greensburg\, IN 47240. \nFrom just a drawing to a fully realized facility\, tour the latest addition to the DCMH campus!  \n———————————————————————————- \nThe new building houses a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility\, including physical therapy\, occupational therapy\, speech therapy\, a pediatric therapy gym\, cardiac rehab\, and pulmonary rehab\, all on the first floor. Patient comfort and healing remain a top priority; therefore\, special care was taken in selecting all unique features of the building\, including an interior walking track\, private therapy rooms\, direct access\, and more. \nThe new building is not only home to our Rehabilitation Services\, but it also includes our Orthopedics and Sports Medicine with onsite x-ray also located on the first floor. Decatur County Family Medicine (DCFM) practice\, a primary care clinic\, is located on the second floor. DCFM includes our Foot & Ankle/Podiatry physicians with onsite x-ray\, Women’s Care OB/GYN physicians\, and several Family Medicine providers. \nThis new facility continues allowing DCMH to expand the already growing service offerings and increase access to quality care\, close by.
