NAPOLEON — Representatives from The Napoleon State Bank recently presented The Hospital Foundation of Decatur County a check for $2,500. The funds will be designated for Decatur County Memorial Hospital’s Cancer Care Center which will impact the hospitals fight against cancer by supporting numerous cancer care programs and services that are offered.

“The Napoleon State Bank feels very blessed to have this outstanding local hospital that takes such great care of our neighbors, family, employees, and friends,” said CEO Mark Comer. “Our decision to focus our donation on the Cancer Center at Decatur County Memoria Hospital is something that is very near and dear to our hearts as several of our own employees have been impacted by this disease. We wanted to show our local hospital how much we appreciate all they do.”

“Decatur County Memorial Hospital and our Hospital Foundation is proud to have community partners like Napoleon State Bank to help provide quality, convenient care to our community” said Hospital Foundation Director Bryan Robbins. “Gifts like this support facilities such as our new Cancer Center, where a patient battling the disease can travel minutes rather than miles to get treatment in maximum comfort. If you ask anyone that has experienced the process, it makes a difference—and people and organizations like Napoleon State Bank make it possible.”
