Common Sleep Disorders

  • Do you have trouble sleeping?
  • Do you snore?
  • Do you awaken feeling tired?
  • Have you awakened gasping?
  • Do you have consistent restless nights?
  • Do you awaken with frequent headaches?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, you should consider seeing your primary care provider to talk about the possibility of sleep-related problems. Untreated sleep issues can lead to heart attacks, stroke, high blood pressure, short-term memory loss and more.

A referral from your provider may be required. A physician trained in interpreting sleep studies will determine the results of your testing and will be available to assist you with treatment options.
