Vascular Center

Our Vascular Center provides the very best vascular care in the region, including prevention, surgical treatment and onsite diagnostic tools. Vascular surgery procedures are those addressing arteries, veins and lymphatics.

Why Choose a Vascular Surgeon

Vascular surgeons are trained in both open and endovascular interventions, which allows a vascular surgeon to offer a non-biased treatment plan for each patient. This plan may involve a minimally-invasive (endovascular) procedure, open surgical procedure or a combination of both (hybrid procedure). There is no other specialty that can offer this.

Our vascular surgeons are board-certified in both general and vascular surgery, and are comfortable operating anywhere in the body with the exception of the coronary and intracranial vasculature. Starting treatment under the care of a vascular surgeon saves the patient any delay in care that comes with a referral to a vascular surgeon later in the treatment course after an endovascular intervention has failed, a complication arises or an open procedure is indicated.

The Vascular Center provides comprehensive diagnosis, prevention and treatment of a wide variety of vascular conditions. Led by vascular surgeons  Dr. Jason Christie and Dr. David Chiapaikeo procedures available at the Center include the following:
