What You’ll Learn:

• How to recognize signs of mental health concerns in aging parents or loved ones
• Supportive care options available
• Ways to balance caregiving with caring for your own well-being

Lunch & Learn Details:

To ensure everyone has the chance to participate, we’re hosting the same program on two dates – please join us for one session only. Doors open at 10:50 a.m. before class.
