Do You Have Joint Pain or a Sports Injury?

Explore Options for Stronger, Healthier Movement.

Decatur County Memorial Hospital invites adults with knee, hip, or shoulder pain to attend Total Joint Day on Saturday, September 27th — a FREE screening and education event designed to help you understand your pain and explore both non-surgical and surgical treatment options.

You’ll learn about the causes of joint pain and the treatment options that may be right for you — all in a supportive, informative setting.

To accommodate as many people as possible, the same program will be offered at two different times:

  • Session 1: 8:00 – 9:00 a.m

  • Session 2: 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.

Important  To Attend, You Must:

  1. Register in advance
  2. Complete your free X-ray before the event date

Space is limited, and registration is required. Please complete the form below to request a spot in the program.  We’ll review your submission and follow up with next steps, including X-ray scheduling and event confirmation.

After You Submit the Registration Request Form:

    • If your preferred time is available, you will receive a confirmation call and email within 3–4 business days
    • If your preferred session is full, Surgery Registration will contact you to reschedule
    • You are not officially registered until you receive a confirmation call or email with additional details
    • If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3–4 business days, please call Surgery Registration at 812-663-1279
    • Requests submitted after hours, on weekends, or holidays will not be addressed until the next business day
    • Note: Requests are processed in the order received, and response times may vary depending on volume.
