  • DCMH will again offer our annual Healthy Fair, a free health screening event open to all adults 18 and over on June 4

Registration is required for participation in the Women’s Health Expo event.

Free health screenings are made possible thanks to Decatur County Memorial Hospital and the Hospital Foundation of Decatur County and its generous donors.

If You Submitted Your Request via the Online Form or Left a Message Before 8 a.m. on February 12th:

    • Your request will be processed in the order received, response times vary depending on volume
    • Please check the inbox and spam folder in the email account you provided when you requested to register for additional information

1. Who is eligible for the free screenings?
All community members 18 years of age and older are eligible

    • DCMH Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN, and Contract employees are not eligible

2. How do I register?
Use the registration form on the Women’s Health Expo page to schedule your appointment

3. Will I receive a confirmation message?
Yes. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment date, time, and location. You’ll also receive a reminder email one day before your appointment with parking and check-in details.

4. Where do I go for my appointment?
Location details are included in your confirmation email

5. Do I need to fast for the lab screening?
Fasting is not required, though some may prefer to do so

6. How do I cancel my appointment if I can no longer attend?
Reply to any confirmation or reminder email with “CANCEL” so your spot can be offered to someone on the waitlist

7. How do I receive my results?
All results will be available in your Patient Portal within 4 weeks of the event: dcmh.net/patient-portal

    • If you do not have a Patient Portal account, you will receive an invitation email within 5 business days of the event

    • Critical results and follow-up recommendations will be communicated by a phone call within 4 weeks of the event where you can schedule any necessary appointments

    • Paper copies of results are available upon request through DCMH’s Health Information Management (HIM)/Medical Records department within 4 weeks of the event
