Pat Cruser will retire from the Decatur County Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees at the end of December, following eight years of service. Cruser has served on the board since January 2016, and this month will mark the end of her term. Over her two terms, she served in many roles, including Secretary (2018-2020) and Chair of the Quality Management Committee (2017-2019, 2022, 2023). Additionally, she served on the Risk Management/ Audit and Bylaws committees and acted as a Foundation liaison.

As a Registered Nurse, Cruser’s clinical background provided an essential and experienced perspective to the Board of Trustees. “We are thankful for Pat’s leadership and continual focus on improving the quality of care we provide at DCMH,” said Rex McKinney, DCMH President/CEO.
