DCMH is excited to announce another new space aimed at providing the quality care you want, close by. DCMH HealthConnect opened its doors on July 11 at the Decatur County Family YMCA campus. This facility will be open 3 days per week for the Phase 3 Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab program. This beautiful new space will continue to provide the quality care our patients know and deserve. While this move is exciting, we understand you may have some questions. Let us help you answer them! HealthConnect will be open between 8a-3p on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Our scheduling team is making every effort to keep established exercise times the same; however, you may be asked to change your time/and or day because of the many changes we are experiencing. Our team is more than happy to assist you in finding a schedule that works for you. Additionally, our team will continue to monitor your weight, blood sugar, and blood pressure.
We are excited for you to visit us at HealthConnect at the YMCA campus. The YMCA has graciously provided parking for our patients directly in front of the facility, so there is no need to enter through the YMCA area. HealthConnect is equipped with restrooms and lockers for use during exercise sessions. Thanks to all that have been a part of this exciting time of growth at DCMH!
