Decatur County Memorial Hospital welcomes Erin Diem, FNP-C. Erin received her Bachelor of Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and her Masters of Science in Nursing Indiana Wesleyan University.

Erin is joining the DCMH Immediate Care Clinic team, expanding the quality care provided to our community. With a deep interest in caring for people, Erin has spent her entire career in healthcare with a special focus on Immediate Care. She enjoys this field for the fast-paced nature and variety of cases.

In her free time, Erin enjoys spending quality time with two sons and cooking. Local to the area, Erin comes from a family of nurses and is knowledgeable about the community served by DCMH.

“I love working in a small community with a close-knit feel,” said Erin. “I’m excited to join the team at Immediate Care and be able to work with a variety of patients across all ages.”

The DCMH Immediate Care Clinic is available for immediate, non-life threatening illnesses and minor injuries with expanded hours, including weekends. No appointments are needed and walk-ins are welcome.

A visit to the Immediate Care Clinic isn’t leaving the DCMH umbrella. Your primary care provider will stay informed and have access to your visit and care plan. DCMH’s entire team collaborates, ensuring continuity of care across every visit.
