Session A

Decatur County Memorial Hospital’s invites our Spirit of Women members to attend a lunch & learn. Two sessions will be offered, you only need to attend one as they are the same class curriculum offered at different times to accomodate as many members as possible.

Enjoy a healthy lunch, provided by the DCMH Dietary Team, as DCMH Registered Dietitians Melissa Yake and Whitney Dunagan present a live demonstration, showing how to make quick, easy, and nutritional snack options.

Melissa and Whitney will also share the benefits of meal prepping and provide nutrition education throughout their presentation.
