An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Weigh Beyond is a 10 week program which promotes healthy behavior changes, supports weight loss and a healthy lifestyle through personal coaching, weekly weigh-ins and structured exercise plans. Participants will receive a workbook with recipe ideas, menu planning templates, goal trackers, and access to the YMCA 3 times a week.
