- Educational class sessions are held Wednesday evenings from 5-6 p.m. at HealthConnect, attached to the YMCA
- Decatur County Family YMCA Trainer Package sessions are held Tuesdays and Thursdays during the 10-week program from 5:30-6 p.m. at the YMCA
