Click on the button below to quickly, conveniently, and securely make your online bill payment to Decatur County Memorial Hospital.

Online bill payment may take up to 24 hours to process. Payments are processed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. If your payment is made after 5:00 p.m., on a weekend or holiday, it will not be processed until the following business day. Only one account number can be paid per transaction. Payments for more than one account must be separate transactions.

Our digital billing option is designed to make your experience smoother and more environmentally friendly. To ensure timely correspondence regarding any balances that may arise during your visit, we will use the email address and phone number you provide to give you the opportunity to opt-in for digital communication, tailored to your personal preferences.

  • You may receive phone calls or text messages from DCMH’s Billing Contact Center via the numbers 812-359-0467, 812-651-4042, or 844-577-6517
  • You may receive emails to your email address DCMH has on file from DCMH’s Billing Contact Center via the no-reply@revspringinc.com
  • Having your record locator number from your most recent statement will be needed in order to access your account online 
  • If you have any concern the number or email address that is contacting you is not DCMH, please hang up or stop communication and dial 844-577-6517, the main Hospital line at 812-663-4331, or visit personapay.com/dcmh/login

To make check-in faster and improve your overall experience, DCMH will begin collecting copays at the time of check-in at select clinics. This change helps you experience a faster check-out process, ensures accurate insurance processing, and allows for an organized appointment flow.

Copays will be collected at:

  • Decatur County Family Medicine
  • Decatur County Primary Care
  • General Surgery Clinic
  • Immediate Care Clinic
  • Neurology Clinic
  • Outpatient Clinic
  • Tree City Medical Partners
  • Westport Clinic

2. Why is DCMH making this change?
Collecting copays at check-in is a best practice that helps streamline visits, reduce billing delays, and keep your insurance information accurate — all so we can provide you with a smoother, more efficient care experience.

3. Why is my copay collected at check-in?
Collecting copays up front makes check-out faster, ensures accurate insurance processing, and keeps appointment flow organized.

4. Will I get a reminder about my copay?
Yes — if you’ve opted in for text reminders, you’ll receive an appointment reminder with a note to bring your insurance card and copay.

5. How much will my copay be?
Copay amounts vary depending on your insurance plan. Please review your insurance card for details.

6. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, HSA cards, checks, and cash.

7. What if I can’t pay my copay at check-in?
If your copay isn’t paid at the time of your appointment, it will be added to your account, and you’ll receive a bill for the balance.

8. How does this benefit me as a patient?
