Our community is invited to join a virtual Health Needs Focus Group on Tuesday, April 29, from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. via Zoom.

DCMH is identifying needs to address the health priorities of our community and needs your help. Your insights are invaluable in shaping effective health and wellness initiatives.

Purpose of the Meeting: To gather firsthand information on the community’s health needs, ensuring that Decatur County’s programs and services align with those needs.

Participant Criteria: We seek individuals who are:

• Actively engaged in community activities
• Striving to become engaged in community activities
• Recognized as community leaders or advocates
• Connected with diverse groups within the community
• Passionate about enhancing community health and wellness

Participation in this event requires submitting an interest form.
